Return and exchange methods:
For exchanges of defective goods/wrong styles of goods sent, please take photos of the defective part within 2 days of receipt. We will notify you of the return and exchange method. Overdue returns will not be accepted.
The identification of defective goods means that the goods have irreparable major damage or destruction.
No refunds or exchanges will be made in the following circumstances: the clothes are stained with powder during the try-on/the clothes are stained or smelly due to use during an abnormal try-on/the product has been modified/has been washed in water.
If the order amount does not reach the discount standard after the return, the original discount will be cancelled.
Due to personal hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not provided for earrings, underwear and other intimate products with non-major defects.
There is no return or exchange service for special offers and second-hand products.
Notes on refund time:
When your return request is established, we will issue a refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods.
The refund method will be based on the order checkout method. If you use a credit card to pay, it will be refunded; if you use an ATM transfer, the transfer will be cancelled.
Determination of non-defects: Threads, unopened buttonholes, slight threading, very small stains, size errors of 1~2cm, and color differences in photos cannot be included in the scope of defects)
